We currently ship orders across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Tracking is handled through Shiprocket and its courier partners.

DELAYS
Silvatt is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for assistance.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Silvatt is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
